While our Founder and staff align with the teachings of Jesus Christ, we also believe a core factor of who Jesus was and how He taught His followers to live was centered on being welcoming, compassionate, open to conversations and "loving our neighbor." We learn about many diverse places and cultures in a welcoming environment alongside our convictions that Jesus is Lord and do not disqualify someone from our program based on religious beliefs.
Yes and no! We are technically an "enrichment program", supporting the academic, social and personal development of your student alongside your personal homeschool journey. We are privately funded, which means children of school age (based on your specific district age requirements) do have to submit an NOI to their district. We offer support to your student that is deeply aligned with academic standards, but we are not responsible for the entirety of their academic journey/academic career; that responsibility falls to the families.
Yes! But not in the traditional sense. While most homeschool enrichment programs do have academic elements alongside their fun, we are fully aligned and centered on Colorado Learning Standards that are taught within the context of experiences and projects. This is the same way that Alli taught in public and private school classrooms; your student will receive the same academic alignment they would in a public school, just taught/applied in a very different manner.
We operate on Mondays and Wednesdays. A full day is 9:00-3:00, with half day students leaving at 12:00.
