Alli Huff
Founder- Director- Lead Teacher
Alli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s degree in Transformative Education, with a focus on curriculum and curricular theory, from Miami University, a leading Public Ivy institution. Her academic work centers on designing thoughtful, developmentally responsive curricula that create meaningful and connected learning experiences for children.
She holds certifications in Orton-Gillingham–based reading instruction, Teaching English Language Learners (TELLs), trauma-informed education, and responsive and restorative discipline. Her teaching experience spans Montessori, public, and parochial school settings, across a range of grade levels, with particular expertise in early elementary education.
Beyond the classroom, Alli has served as a program coordinator in Miami University’s primary education department and taught preservice teachers, supporting the next generation of educators. She has presented at national and international conferences, published scholarly work in curriculum studies, and has been mentored by leading curricular theorists whose work continues to shape her practice.
As a mother, former nanny, and lifelong educator, Alli brings a deeply caring, whole-child approach to her work—grounded in strong relationships, intellectual curiosity, and respect for each child’s unique path. She is passionate about partnering with families to create a cohesive, nurturing educational experience that bridges home learning and school life.
